This was my first experience with Ace's mechanical. Billy had a great energy, I felt comfortable with him immediately. He easily explained the issue and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Billy had the job done in under an hour including the time he took to pick the part up. I was very satisfied with my technician, the work he did, the price. Overall my experience was great from my initial interaction with the young lady who set the appointment (she was very helpful and accommodating) to the repair on my heater. I definitely will be calling for a service contract ( Billy left me a business card to call Chance). Thank you Ace's mechanical, I had a great experience.
